My name is Scott Howard, and I am a registered Maine Guide and a USCG Licensed Captain. I have been guiding fly-fishing on the Maine coast since 1994; prior to that, I was a commercial fisherman for five years. I was scuba diving for sea urchins in the same waters that I now fish. This experience gave me great insight into the structure of our underwater environment and into the patterns of these striped bass.
