Well, our story starts over 50 years ago. Two brothers, Gerard and Real Caron, opened Gerard’s Pizza back in 1964. The brothers split with Real taking the reins and the restaurant has remained in the family ever since. Our original location is just a few doors down the road from our current 233 Water Street store.
